We designed this course from 3 Microsoft courses (5115, 5116 & 5118).  This course includes Installation, Configuration, Support, & Networking, boiling 8 days of training into 5 full technical Clear & Concise Training days. This class is ideal for all support personnel.   

This compound class includes the following course materials:

Course 5115: Installing and Configuring the Windows Vista Operating System
Course 5116M: Configuring Windows Vista Mobile Computing and Applications
Course 5118M: Maintaining and Troubleshooting Windows Vista Computers 

Microsoft has developed a confusing set of classes for the Windows Vista platform which overlap in materials.  We have streamlined the courses and what remains is the Clear & Concise Training you need.   

Microsoft also deploys these courses using Virtual Machines running on Windows XP.  Although we will use the VMs we will also install the full Vista product (Ultimate Edition) on “real” machines.  All of our Machines are capable of running the full Vista Experience therefore you and your staff will gain the best in hands on training-real world labs!
