The focus of the VMware VI3.5 Mastering Bootcamp® is to instill the knowledge required for the student to do their job efficiently and effectively.  This bootcamp is NOT written nor endorsed by VMware, so we will be able to cover a wide range of topics and value-added technologies -- including some must-have third-party tools.

To accomplish this, we provide a comprehensive Beginner to Advanced training experience, starting from the installation of the licensed product to real world troubleshooting scenarios.

The course focus is not limited only to learning and harnessing the power of VMware® but the entire concept of virtualization and other 3rd party tools and technologies that will enhance VMware® capabilities and increase the student’s virtualization expertise.

Format
This is Instructor-led bootcamp with a wide variety of in-depth student labs which are more than 50% of the course. Every student gets THEIR OWN server during the week to work on! DOING means you LEARN more and RETAIN it! This course can be delivered at your location, your training center, our training center, or in your home online with your internet connection.

Duration
5 FULL days -- 8am to 6pm

Audience
This course is intended for system administrators, engineers, operators, and system architects who will be planning, implementing, supporting, and/or managing VMware ESX Server and Virtual Center in any size environment.

Prerequisites
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Linux OS is requested.
ESX Server experience is helpful, but not required
Good understanding of networking is helpful, but not required
